Kerri M. Roberts was raised on a farm in Northeast, Missouri. She moved to the city for over 23 years, obtaining a business degree, an MBA, & handfuls of designations & awards before deciding to return to her roots in the country. After 20 years in corporate settings, she has founded Salt & Light Advisors, an HR consulting firm as well as a co- brand focused on growth & expansion for women. She & her husband co-own Hippo Creek Farm and Columbia Properties Group (a real estate company). Her husband is a USMC veteran that brought two bonus daughters to Kerri, & together they have a middle-school aged son & Labradors. Kerri loves to sauna, practice yoga, go boating, read, & cook for & host friends & family. Her faith in Jesus is her guiding principle as she brings Salt & Light to the world.

She brings her knowledge from industries like healthcare, distribution, mortgage, higher education, insurance, and M&A to Salt & Light Advisors and their clients. She lives on a farm in Northeast Missouri with her husband, son, and labradors. Over her career, Kerri has been recognized by or named into the following groups: Women of Excellence, Women in Power, Women Who Move the City, 20 Under 40, Hot 100, Elite Women, Athena International, and Graduate & Professional Alumni of the Year.

Britne O’Brien earned a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri and a Master’s in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University. She has spent the last six years as an elementary educator. She also has background in bookkeeping and card services within the banking world. Britne thrives on communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and organization. She enjoys helping others find the best in themselves. Britne finds the greatest amount of joy in spending time with her husband, two daughters and their family dog, camping and boating on the river. She resides in Palmyra, Missouri.

Paige is Kerri’s Marketing Coordinator for Salt & Light Advisors, Salt & Light for women and her podcast, Don’t Waste the Chaos. She works behind the scenes focused on social media, the YouTube channel, our websites, general marketing projects and helps keep the business moving forward.

Paige earned a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Missouri. She previously has worked in a corporate environment as well as a university setting. Paige thrives when working in a structured yet creative environment. She has a background in social media, marketing, human resources and advising. Her ultimate goal in the workplace is to develop relationships and help others achieve their full potential. She currently resides in Lake Saint Louis, MO where she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, son and daughter. In her free time she loves to work on her photography and attend her children's sporting events.
